Beth in Taunton Store was excellent.. she went out of her way to rig up some speakers so we could hear the sound through them. She was very knowledgeable about what we wanted to buy. She is a credit to the Taunton Store .. if you had employee of the month She should receive it.

Great service
Member of staff was great, searched in an attempt to find the product, ordered through system when it was identified as being oos, advised on timings on when it would be delivered to store. Excellent service.

Cumbersome refund policy involves having to have a Gift card, instead of a full refund for a Click and collect product no longer required.

Great staff, great store, great variety of vinyl and all.round spot on experience. My 10 year old daughter loves going through the vinyl.
