The people I spoke to were really nice…
The people I spoke to were really nice and helpful. It takes me quite some time to process what people are asking or telling me but they were patient with me and helped me to finally receive my purchase. They were so kind, I hope they understand how much I appreciated there help.

I ordered a DVD boxset as birthday present for my son online for collection at the Stevenage store. When i collected the DVD boxset the shop assistant (Craig) was very friendly and helpful.
