This was a replacement for a faulty product but it was sent promptly, no hassle with replacing the item, and the new one seems fine so far.

Staff member had to order the cd and…
Staff member had to order the cd and then offered me the delivery service or collection from store. I wasn't aware of these offers I opted for delivery and it was delivered within a week.
