HMV staff at the Norwich store were…
HMV staff at the Norwich store were very helpful and patient with my list of movie requests.
Very professional, courteous and efficient.
My online orders were placed same day and it was only a few days later that I recieved notification that they were in store for collection.
Less than a week turnaround so very pleased with the service

They’re always good to deal with…
They’re always good to deal with sometimes I think the packaging is too small for the amount of records that tried to cram in there but I do understand why they do it. Nothing has ever arrived damaged and I continue to shop from them mostly online sometimes go to the shop in Norwich but Yeah, all good.
