The replacement record
The replacement record , The Division Bell, also skips on track 2 . Liverpool HMV were reluctant to exchange it again. I have travelled to HMV 2 times now and still no success with LP.

Experience was great
Experience was great. Preordered an album for the first time, was abit nervous lol but was really pleased with how fast I got it and the lady at the till was really nice.

Great experience!
Fab! My daughter wanted a bag that could only be bought from the store but in-store they only had one bag that had slight damage to it, the guy at the cash desk was really friendly & helpful and found the bag in stock straight away and sorted it so we got it delivered rather than us needing to track back into Liverpool.
The bag came really well packed, is a quality item and came super fast!

Love my new vinyl purchases
Love my new vinyl purchases. 2 albums arrived damaged, exchange process was quick and simple and the replacement albums were reserved for me at Liverpool HMV store. The staff in store were excellent and the process in store was every bit as quick.
