Excellent service
Turned up to my local HMV on the recommendation for a present by a friend.
Guy who served me, think his name was TJ, did everything slick and smooth, no issues or drama, and told me what to do, what the procedures are and when it would arrive and it all went well!
My friend loved the present and all resolved.
Overall, excellent service!

Great shop if you prefer the personal touch
Super helpful staff found me just what I needed for a Christmas gift. It arrived quickly and I was notified as soon as it came. Good service all round, just what I needed.

Done a pre order for cd
Done a pre order for cd. Money came out of bank a few days before. Than had email say will let you know when to collect. Few days later I had confirmation email to say, ready to collect in store. Very happy with my experience. Great item great price. 👌👍

Email communication needs to be better.
Ordered a dvd online for click and collect, and was told to wait for an email to tell me when it was at the store. I waited nearly 2 weeks and then went into the hmv shop. Lo and behold the dvd was there and had been for a week or so days. Luckily I went in there when I did as the package said 30/10 written on it. I'm assuming it would have been returned back to the main depot if it hadn't been picked up by the 30th... however, the lady in store was very helpful and nice.

A rather limited range
Very excited to find an HMV close to where we were staying. However, it was new release Friday and they didn't have any of the records on my list. More toys, and playthings than actual music, very disappointing.
No wonder there are several indie retailers in the area!
