Staff member was very helpfull cant…
Staff member was very helpfull cant fault HMV but was ordering a third replacement vinyl to replace two faulty copies and this one is faulty as well so will be returning it to the store as there must be a pressing fault with this vinyl

Ordered two items
Ordered two items. Emailed to say DVD was ready for collection. When i collected it , it was the vinyl I ordered . I explained that my email said the DVD was ready for collection. I left and a week later still no email regarding my missing DVD. I called in and the DVD had been instore all week. Does not give me confidence to order online again.

Click and collect. I use it regularly since shops can't stock everything. Always actioned promptly. Advised of dispatch and delivery to the store.
