I look on the hmv site for music, go for the one type of music thats new, go from there, when not available in store one of the members order it for if possible. when in store look around my self.

Excellent Communication & First Class Service
Pre ordered online, and the communication was very good throughout. Collected purchase from my local store at my convenience without any issues. Would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to use HMV in the future.

Ordering for delivery
The young lady in the shop was very polite and helpful. I wanted a top but it wasn't in my size. She ordered my size and arranged it for it to be delivered. She was very understanding that I needed to write on a whiteboard to communicate and complimented my idea of using the board to help me. I'm autistic and wear a lanyard explaining this. I also explained that whilst I love the shop, the music can be overwhelming which is one of the reasons I write things down and she was lovely about it.
It came a day early which was great and it was packaged well and without using excessive packaging which I was very impressed about.
I have had many other pleasant experiences in this shop and staff have always been helpful and never judged me for struggling to communicate. They are always pleasant and helpful. It's just a shame the music is a bit too loud but otherwise, awesome shop and staff. You never know what awesome things you will find and some very nostalgic things too. Something for everyone.
