Great Service
Great Service. All items that I ordered in late December arrived prior to the Christmas period even though they had a huge backlog of orders ready for shipping. All the staff ( shop & warehouse) worked hard to deliver the items .

My parcel was stolen
My parcel was stolen as royal mail left it on the doorstep when I wasn’t home. I tried contacting HMV and they haven’t responded to me

Couldn’t find what I was looking for in store, but the assistant helped source it online and get delivered to store. Super helpful! Only took a few days to arrive too. Great service.
