I love going to HMV so friendly if I can't find wat im looking for they go get it for me they ask if im looking for anything else

I ordered a Blu-ray and got an e mail…
I ordered a Blu-ray and got an e mail from hmv telling me it was in store but when a got there it hadn’t arrived but there were some on the new release rack but I was told I couldn’t have one of them as they weren’t allowed to go against company policy which said I must wait for the one I ordered which I thought was stupid considering there where some there and they could have replaced one to give me with my ordered one when it arrived. I now have to make another trip into town as I got a phone call when I got home saying it had arrived.i can’t believe that hmv use two postal services for bulk and private orders

Periodically faulty CD
CD arrived on time n played perfectly the first 2 tmes. The next day it wouldn't play at all, even though other CDs played perfectly tried it again n just got tweeting noises so took it to your Blackpool shop where it played perfectly. Assistant still offered me a new one but was out of stock so took it back home n it's played well ever since so will keep it!

Had an LP sent to my local store
Had an LP sent to my local store as the website has for some reason removed the check stock in store function.
When i collected it, the packaging was damaged at the corner.
Sure enough the corner of the record’s sleeve was bent and creased.
The lad behind the counter simply got me another from stock in the store.
All sorted efficiently and with a smile.
Can’t fault the customer service in store.
