After 2 weeks of receiving our Samsung microwave on line it started to make a terrible noise when switched on with the table rotating. The defrost option also did not work.
When we asked for it to be replaced we were told it would cost R200 to be collected and returned. we do not have a Hirsch in Sedgefield.
Now as I understand it, the consumer protection act stipulates that the seller should not pass the blame onto the supplier. So it was collected at our cost and once returned the same problem, although slightly less noisy, persisted.
Again, more correspondence to Hirsch with the usual...sorry for your inconvenience.
So, collected again and at last, after almost two Samsung replaced the microwave with a new model.
This was dealt with by Hirsch Milnerton...product model no..ME83X

Lounge suite purchased June 23. Arm rest issues and padding - after 6-8 weeks of continually fighting with them, eventually resolved. Now side panel falling off. Sent mails called NO RESPONSE.

The service at Hirchs is very good, staff are all very friendly and informative. We spoke to Domaine who assisted myself and my wife very efficiently with her great expertise.

Ordered online and from then on it was a nightmare to get delivery. Organised for people to stay in our house for scheduled deliveries that never arrived etc. They delivered seven days after ordering but it was just a lucky coincidence that someone was there to accept the dishwasher. Hirsch's is clearly a company that doesn't care about customer service or experience. Thankfully, there are lots of others out there who supply white goods, and I'll use them in future.

Hirsch in South Africa. They sent me a reject and they ate avoiding paying my refund.
I should have the reviews before. These people are crooks. I ordered AEG washing machine in October . The machine was not packaged properly when it was delivered, there was no protection at all, the white fomo things were broken and sitting at the bottom of the plastic that covered the machine. I looked a reject,I think it was rejected by a customer. I wish I could show you pictures for you to understand what I’m talking about. I returned the machine,on the 14/10/22 the machine was collected. They told me refund takes from 17-14 working days. Today, the 7/11/22 when phoned them , they are telling me that they are still going to check with their workshop if the machine reached the their workshop. I phoned 5 times, they kept saying they will come back to me,no one came back to me. I’m not going to talk to them anytime, I’m seeking legal advice, I’m tired of their nonsense. And I will never buy from those crooks anymore,never.
