Lily made my search for a venue soooooo easy. She pulled together all the information, arranged viewings and pulled together costings which made my job so easy.

Highly recommend Lily and no doubt I will be using her again in the future :)

HireSpace were really helpful in finding a selection of suitable venues for our event. Calum communicated clearly, managed our expectations and found us lots of great options. Our event wasn't able to go ahead in the end but we'll definitely be in touch with HireSpace when it's back up and running.

Phil and the team supported us extremely well in a time pressured situation. His persistence in identifying the perfect venue despite many moving parts was invaluable. We are very happy with our solution and the support provided to get us there.

We have attempted to contact Hire Space through all available mediums to upgrade our listing, but we have received no responses. We scheduled a meeting using the booking system but nobody called us at the allotted time or since. Very unprofessional to leave us waiting for the booked meeting as if our time isn’t valuable. This lack of communication has left us feeling disillusioned with the organisation.

Upon further investigation, we've discovered an issue with the Hire Space platform when searching for London venues. The live venues map provided does not encompass all of London. Specifically, it excludes significant chunks of Woolwich, North Woolwich, and Royal Albert Wharf, where our venue is located. Consequently, anyone using the live map to search for London venues will not see our location displayed. This omission could impact our visibility to potential clients.

An update in response: I appreciate your quick reply here, which has taken less than 24hrs. Still waiting for a response to my upgrade query submitted weeks ago.
In regards to the London zone map, we are based in the same dock as City Hall which houses the Mayor of London. The same dock that house the Excel and UEL university. Institutions very much at the heart of London. London is no longer just in central. Areas like Canary Wharf, and the Royal Docks where City Hall has relocated to prove this. Please keep up with the modernisation and expansion of London and expand the map. We are next to London City Airport, hardly the outskirts of London.

Core is a scam.

Pressured into taking a core listing as a venue, costing £2100, which their flash landing page leads you to believe you'll be 'flooded with enquiries' (to quote their own landing page) then ignores concerns for months.

Finally culminating in them harassing you for money and completely ignoring any concerns you have simply because you signed their contract

A contract is 2 ways, and if you missold a service it does not absolve you from any responsibility.

No option of anything other than 12 months commitment- 6 months in, precisely 3 enquiries (none of which would even more than the £2100, and could have been achieved with the free versuon) and zero bookings with absolutely no intention of resolving.

£2100 with no return on investment AND 10% comission on top of each booking is a scam.

Avoid working with this company in any capacity.

Saheli she was very professional and help us a lot into finding the best solution, she also come with a lot of offers, patience and she is very lovely.

Max was extremely helpful despite the ever changing conditions of what we were looking for. He was always accommodating to our needs.

Hire Space really go above and beyond to help you find the perfect venue for your event. Phil is a pleasure to deal with, finding me the best deals, and prices. He is very quick to respond to emails, and pencils in regular catch ups. I wouldn't use anyone else to help me source event space.

Leanne was great - understood the brief, responded quickly and had fab venue knowledge!

Max was responsive and ready to jump on a Zoom call to further coordinate logistics. He pulled together venues that I had not seen in my initial search alone, which was useful to look through. From beginning to end in the proposal process, he did a great job checking in on interest and progress. I would have liked to be even more high-touch and given clearer charts or memos comparing and contrasting the venues by my needs, beyond what is shown in the portal. If I were to hold another event in London, I would definitely reach out to Max.

Hirespace understood my brief, came up with a really good venue, dealt with the contract and made life easy. Just what I needed.
