Excellent service, can't fault this company or the delivery driver.
They are an handy company that get the job done but what lets them down is the terrible communication.
They give you a two hour window of say 10am-12pm for pick up and will run late by 7-9 hours and not have the decency to pick up the phone and let you know. When you complain that it wouid have been nice to be notified of they are are running 7-8 hours behind they cop a real attitude as if you are the one in the wrong.
They once booked me for collection between 12pm-2pm and then turned up 2 hours early and acted like it was my fault the birds were not boxed and ready to go.has they notified me there wouid be an early pick up in would have had them boxed up.
As a business owner myself I understand We all run late and have problems from time to time but have the decency to let your customers know so they are are not sitting around waiting for you 8 hours and at least have the decency to apologise when this happens and not get angry and rude with the customer.
I can’t remember the exact date of my experiences with them as one used them several times over the years as they are the only company I know that does this. If they had better consideration for their customers time I’d give them 5 stars all day long. That’s a shame.
Was given two numbers to call from a bird breeder who'd used them before, the owner answered and was very rude.
I phoned the other number and no one picked up the phone, tried on different days and still nothing.
I emailed them and waited days for a two word reply, I tried again and nothing for a week.
Given up, terrible service.
No clue as to why they even bother being a busines?

Fantastic service, my african pygmy pied dormice were delivered in perfect condition and very healthy. Driver was faultless with his communication.
I have had several people use this courier for my mice.
At my end I am information on collection day and called 30 minits befor collection has happened.
All mice have arrived to there new homes the next day with no problems at all.
Very happy with them my end of collection.
Received excellent service. I bought a tortoise and this is the company they use. Received a voicemail and text message telling me my delivery slot, when I realised in my stupidity I'd given a wrong postcode, part of an old address and part new address, I contacted thru text and emails what I'd done and gave correct postcode. It was a little after the allotted time, but when I enquired they gave me the drivers number and when I contacted him he was just round the corner. Driver was lovely, and a credit to the company, thankyou, would definitely recommend
Absolute disgrace of a company! I spoke to Julie a week ago as I wanted a budgie picked up from Aberdeenshire and bought to me in Surrey, I was told that they don’t collect from Aberdeenshire but they could meet the guy with the budgie in Dundee, so my guy was prepared to travel 2.5 hours to Dundee to meet the courier! We were told he would be contacted the day before which was Tuesday 3rd Dec to make arrangements and times etc. we were never contacted and after trying at least 20 times to try and speak to someone, we were told this now wouldn’t be happening until the following week as they didn’t have the drivers. This company are a disgrace they never contacted us to tell us this, you can never get hold of them and they can be quite rude with it. Do not use them
Amazing company, I was due an African grey , now the seller was messing about, couldn’t get in touch to find out what was happening with my bird, he said the week before he would be delivered but wasn’t, then I couldn’t contact him so I was panicking when I spoke to high flyers particularly Jane she said that the seller didn’t pay the courier charge, I’d already sent the money to him, apparently he’s done this a few times, anyway Jane was amazing in helping with this as he should have paid it, they eventually got hold of him, he was a nightmare to get hold of, and they got the money off him so I didnt have to pay twice. Bird arrived first thing in the morning, I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.
I almost didn’t book this company due to the one star review but I’m glad I did as I received excellent service. I wanted to bring 2 pigeons down from an address 3hrs away. I was charged £60 and they fit me in the same week. They gave me a 2hr time slot and delivered within that.
Others companies quote £260 so I’d def use this one again.
This company customer service is second to none! I say that because there is NO customer service!!!!
They delivered 2 Indian Ringtails to me today, 22nd December, only to forget about the cage!!!!!!
The shop I bought the birds from couldn't get hold of them. I tried all afternoon and I must have tried 30 times and that's no lie.
Just as I'd gone and bought a replacement cage for the 2 poor birds I find out that my original order had now been found and delivered. What a joke.
Not being able to talk to a company is in my mind a warning for others to stay away.
Please don't rely on this company to deliver anything to you. There are better livestock couriers available.
