Have ordered twice and both worked as expected. An initial high pitch whine from the ballasts when the car first starts, but that only lasts a couple seconds and then is quiet. A minor inconvenience well worth it for the significant savings.

I have to admit, I was a little worried these bulbs might be knock off's, since they were so much cheaper than anywhere else. Especially the dealership! However, when they arrived, I was able to verify they were the real deal on the Osram website. I have not installed the bulbs yet, but I'm sure they will be great.

I had one lamp out on my Jeep Cherokee and went to the dealer to replace it. I was quoted $468 per bulb and two were recommended. After adding labor, the total for the two bulb replacements was going to be about $1200. I Googled the bulb and found your website, what a relief! I spent under $170 for both bulbs and the Jeep service manager threw in the labor at no cost due to the amount of time the whole thing took. Frank on your Customer Service team was able to confirm it was the right item. My order was quick, just as I was given to expect. I have been telling everyone I know about you and may stake out a post at the dealer's selling your URL to other Jeep owners caught in the same situation. Your parts are actually private labeled by Mopar which means they are the same parts. But the private label allows them to upcharge, and they really do! Thanks-thanks-thanks-

I finally found Led bulbs for my Audi!! Couldn't believe it tried many brands but none of them were brite enough. Put these in and man what difference, super bright still getting other cars flashing their high beams! Thank you for having these.
