Waited in line almost an hour to find…
Waited in line almost an hour to find out that A.) The minivan I'd booked wasn't available and B.) There wasn't anything even close to this available and C.) They couldn't tell me if there was another available at another location and D.) They couldn't/wouldn't call another location to see if one could be located. It was dumb luck that someone came in after over an hour at the office to return a minivan, which we needed because of the number of passengers and luggage we had.
