Vehicle was dirty inside and out. Service required lite was on from the time I started it until my return. Windshield washer reservoir was empty.

Great experience with Hertz Rental Car. The staff was friendly, the pickup and return were quick, and the car was spotless and reliable. Smooth, easy process from start to finish. I’d definitely rent from Hertz again.

I experienced an issue where, at one point during my rental, none of the sensors were working, and I had to drive approximately 800 miles without cruise control or lane assist. This made the journey quite inconvenient and concerning.

At the pickup location, I asked the staff if I could switch to another vehicle, as I could see that other cars were available. However, my request was refused, and one of the staff members was quite rude in the way she handled the situation.

As a loyal Hertz customer, I was disappointed with this experience. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and consider offering a partial refund or other compensation for the inconvenience. I hope Hertz values my continued loyalty and can help resolve this matter fairly.

The vehicle was guaranteed. However, when I arrived there wasn’t any available. I had to settle on a dirty vehicle without gas.

Wrong car from what I reserved, and was basically told me too bad, this is all we have. I don’t think I’ll keep using Hertz.

The second car was great and the service is top notch but the first car they game me smelled like someone had smoked in it for years.

Car had some interior damage but otherwise it was a good experience. The staff was helpful in resolving a price issue as well.

Easy, fast pickup and return, but I left my sunglasses in the vehicle and can't fill out the online form because the Birmingham airport location was not available to choose and I can't get a hold of a live person, so guess my new sunglasses are gone.

The desk attendant in the garage when I returned my rental was very helpful.
