I reserved a rental online and went to pick the vehicle up only to find they had no vehicles at all. I tried again a few days later but was told I needed to cancel the previous reservation, I had serious technical issues online and ended up speaking to an actual person who confirmed the cancellation. She urges me to book the rental through her for guarantee several times, even though I told her I could just call them directly. She strongly urges again and asked what I needed, so I just started the process with her to get an estimate and let her know again I would call to solidify the rental. I was strongly urged again to book with her as she could guarantee a compact rental for the estimate because she has direct access to their system and the vehicles they currently have at the location. She said she would hate for time to go by and I miss the compact vehicle, I then asked if they made any type of commission because she didn't want me to disconnect the call to confirm with the location to call her back and book with her so she could satisfy her numbers or commissions. She danced around the question, I was tired and gave in to book with her. I go to pick up the compact rental for about $230 I think, only to be informed that they have not had a compact vehicle for a few days now and ended up having to pay a little over $300. Not happy with the service, the office location personnel was nice.

Both staff members were really good at customer service! They acknowledged each person as they walked in and kept us updated each step of the process. However, I would like to advocate that they need someone dedicated to cleaning the cars because with only two of them having to do both the rental agreements and cleaning the cars, it made the process a lot longer.
