We had both wills and estate planning through Henceforth trust & wills. We had discussed about updating our wills, and getting power of attorney done. We are pleased we done this, and all thanks to Omri and Kate. I cannot thank them enough, they were extremely helpful, as things can get complicated. I definitely recommend Omri and Kate at Henceforth Trust & Wills. Peter and Lilian Johnson.

We had a zoom call with Janey and it was very informative and she was very helpful. We discussed Wills, Power of Attorney, Tenants in Law, and Trusts. We could not have a better adviser on all these subjects. We would recommend her to anybody for advice on these matters.

Complete Estate Planning
We have just completed rewriting our wills and putting in place Lasting Power of Attorney including other things. With all the advice we were given I am satisfied for the first time that we have now protected our full estate and ensure that our daughters will inherit that which we intended.
Our thanks must go to Omri and Karla two really nice people to deal with. Between the two of them they were very patient in making what appears to be a very complicated arrangement a little easier to understand. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Henceforth Trust dealt with my will and personal matters just as I needed. Being alone and concerned that I needed pointing in the right direction I was pleased to find this company. I hadn't heard of them before but I'm glad I found them. I could happily recommend them to anyone looking for advice on last will and testimony.

My husband and I attended an estate planning meeting with Henceforth Trust and Wills last Monday by zoom. I must say I was very pleased with the process and the information that was given. I dealt with a person by the name of Asa who dealt with our estate and affairs and advised us accordingly. We are currently happy customers and I’m pleased to say the aftercare was exemplary.

We were aware that we needed to protect our estate but hadn’t done anything to deal with the matter. We were referred to Henceforth and dealt with thoroughly professionally. A gentleman called Frank explained our options and we decided to proceed. We found the information and advice to be just the job. Thanks to Frank we can sleep comfortably at night. Much appreciated

Had a consultation with Janey to review my options on how to protect my estate. It was explained so clearly and understood perfectly what I thought would be complicated. Very friendly and relaxed with no pressure at all. Would highly recommend this company and I will in the future use their services. Was a very informative experience.

I had been aware for some time that I needed to put estate planning into place plus an updated will. I am very happy with the service I received. Every contact was friendly but professional. Zoom and telephone appointments were always on the appointed time. Nothing was overlooked. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henceforth to friends as I now feel confident that everything is in place.

I feel I was grossly mislead by this company. Cold calling and hard sell... BEWARE

My consultation with Henceforth was very informative and better than I had expected - learnt a lot about how to protect my estate and was very impressed - information about Heritage Protection Plan was most enlightening and the representative was not pushy or extremely friendly.

My partner and I enjoyed the benefits of a first rate, bespoke service, given by both Carl and Karla at Henceforth Trust. They were on hand whenever we needed additional advice, including areas well beyond the package of legal documents we chose. Their pleasant personalities and passion for their work really came across during our discussions. The zoom meetings were handled with reassurance and clarity, and we felt able to ask any questions that we needed to. We made changes to content as we went along and these were handled with ease and willingness. We received a great service and would certainly recommend this company.

Before dealing with this company ask these questions which any reputable company would answer honestly.
Why are they not registered with a governing body. This ensures back up for the customer. It means henceforth can manipulate all they want with no come back. My solicitor asked this question and many more but as usual henceforth never gave a proper answer.
Also ask for a breakdown of their costs. This is vital because henceforth say the £5760 is a "package". What rubbish. If you for example have a Will or even a Power of Attorney in place why should you pay for something they don't lift a pen for. You are giving them your money for absolutely nothing. Again my solicitor queried this. Henceforth told her that they charge a lot less for making a Will than a solicitor would. Therefore henceforth MUST know their costs. So why do they refuse to tell you. Its because they can charge you for doing nothing.
This company manipulates lies and is totally untrustworthy. There are dozens of reputable companies who would gladly answer these questions. Go to one of them. Don't touch this lot.

A company working on behalf of or with Henceforth cold called my vulnerable mother, and arranged a meeting between them.

They may not have evaluated my mother as vulnerable due to her age and beneficial ownership of a commercial premises, however they don't know her medical history or current mental situation and after an approach from myself explaining that she is vulnerable, it didn't make a difference to the deposit/credit she had already handed over.

Henceforth have hinted at legal action against me as a result of my poor review score on here however my personal experience of dealing with Henceforth is poor, as is, in my opinion, the outcome that my mother is now £1800 down, despite deciding against proceeding with the company.

Everything was done above board directly with my Mum, which is something I left out of my original review, however I am reticent to remove the score, despite legal threats, as I hope there are companies out there with a human element who can understand that some people, especially those who are vulnerable, will agree to handing over money to avoid conflict.

I must admit that I was sceptical when I was contacted by an agent, after the reassurance that there was no cost for a consultation, I agreed. My wife and I joined the consultant on a Zoom call for about an hour. Turns out that I already had done many of the things that is recommended, but there are other things I can and need to do. I was given advice on how to do these myself rather than pay a solicitor. All in all, an hour we'll spent. There will be a follow up meeting, with no commitment to take up any product. I feel that I have benefited already, even if I don't do anymore.

Would.definately recommend without fear or favour to anyone.
