Following a cold call, I was told that I satisfied conditions needed for a Zoom chat with Henceforth Trust. I found the consultant - Jamie Dowdall - entirely professional. Between us we quickly identified that I was not suitable to benefit from the free chat - usually £240.00 per hour - and Jamie said that my virtually unused slot would be made available to help someone else. Far too often people "tick the box2 saying they have done the work. Jamie did not do that and deserves praise.

every thing seemed to be going well but many of the claims made by the sales person were absurd and when I spoke with my current solicitor after I was told that they are currently dealing with and untangling estates complicated by similar schemes,
what really got me was the aggressive attitude of the sales person when I said that I didn't want to sign up without considering it for a couple of days
