Best hair quality and styling for a reasonable price, their costumer service is amazing.

When it comes to my hair extensions I only shop with Heavenly Tresses! I’ve been a loyal customers for YEARS, I’m talking since 2015/2016. The quality has always been great, customer service is top tier! I receive so many compliments whenever I have my Heavenly Tresses extensions in! Trust me, it’s well worth it!

I have been a loyal customer of Heavenly Tresses Wigs since the pandemic, and I can honestly say they are in a league of their own. I’ve purchased at least a dozen wigs over the years, and each one has somehow been even more beautiful than the last.

The quality is simply unmatched. The texture of the hair is incredibly soft and natural, the color variations are stunning, and the root work and balayage are flawlessly done. The density is perfect, and the way the hair flows and moves makes these wigs look unbelievably realistic — truly beyond anything else on the market.

What impresses me even more is the longevity. The very first wig I purchased is still in rotation — that’s how well these custom pieces are made. They are an investment, yes — but they are absolutely worth every penny.

Customer service is exceptional. The team is beyond helpful, attentive, and genuinely committed to their clients’ happiness. If there are ever any questions or concerns, they handle them immediately and professionally. You truly feel valued as a customer.

I used to go to salons for hair systems and bonding, and while that was a process, these wigs completely blow them away in terms of realism, comfort, and overall beauty.

Color bait and switch

The color I received does not reflect the warmth and dimension shown in the product images. The listing presents a lighter, caramel-toned brunette, while the actual unit is noticeably darker with very subtle highlights.

At this price point, accurate representation matters. This was an exchange unit and is not returnable, leaving me stuck with a color that does not match what was advertised.

Disappointed with the lack of consistency between the photos and the product received.

EDIT: The reply from the company is bogus. Regardless of anything being final sale or otherwise, the color of the unit should be as advertised. I will share pictures of the drastic color differences as soon as I can figure out how to do so.

Notice the seller deflected to their quality which is not the issue at hand, and did not fully address the color which they have no interest in remedying. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I just want to share my personal experience and journey with this company, I been with this company for many many years in mean time I been trying other company cheaper wigs because you know how it is and everyone is looking for to pay less , but I decided not to do it anymore because it's just not worth it , this company has the best of the best quolity you can get , I haven't found any better company than havely tresses, the quality of the hair is just amazing and will lest you so much longer than others , I said to my self I won't be buying any longer anywhere else and waist my money for some wig that not gone lest long! I been crazy with this company and always buying all different wigs because I like to change the look time to time , but I'm uploading one picture of the wig that I bought before the name of this wig is Isabel , the wigs are always comes as it shows on the pictures so don't hesitate to buy if you like it , you will love every piece from them! The wigs was beautiful. However, I will never purchased another wig from this company again. As soon as I ran my fingers through the wig it begin shedding. Each time I brushed it, the brush would be full of hair. I spent $2,759 and in least than a month I c longer an no wear it due to severe hair loss. Nuola wigs is a much cheaper and reliable option.

As someone who is going through total hair loss, I am so impressed with the way my experience went with Heavenly Tresses as a whole. The customer service was impeccable.

My hair unit was absolutely worth the wait. I purchased a cranial prosthesis for total hair loss with fine medical grade lace. I was able to pick the density and cutomize my hairline and add extra baby hairs. I had the ability to select a high density, European hair. This really looked like my real hair. It's difficult being a Latina and finding hairpieces that look as dense as my natural hair.

The best part, when my autistic 10 year-old saw me with it on, he jumped up, clapped and giggled. He looked like he wanted to cry.

Nothing beats seeing your kids that happy. Not to mention, my son tends to be very honest.

I have purchased 5 times with this company. I have never had any issues and the customer service is outstanding. The quality of the product has always been spot on and if you are like me and like a bit of rooting, their pieces look very natural and the color is beautiful and never brassy. With care, the pieces also last a very long time and the lace is comfortable and not itchy like some other wigs I’ve tried.

The customer service is top-tier. I had a few questions prior to placing my first custom order and Monica was so helpful. She was so patient and understanding. Stumbled upon Heavenly Tresses via Google. When I was looking for a new custom wig, I was happy that did as the experience was excellent. Their website was easy to navigate and I was able to customize my wig very easily. I ordered a custom wig and a stock wig to wear while I was waiting for production. The stock wig arrived and it was gorgeous. I ordered
