Bought a part on interest, later asked if this part was right on WhatsApp they said yes, paid for it and next day delivery, part cane doesn't fit, gave them the EXACT part number again, I asked is this part is right, answer yes,another part came, its a fan for a boiler, 10 minutes after installing it was red hot, couldn't touch it, waited for it to cool down,took it off it was a lot higher wattage than it should have been, went on WhatsApp for a refund was given a return label, now I paid £120 for 2 visits of an engineer to fit it, plus £240 for 2 wrong fans. ........NOT EVEN A SORRY or apology or nothing from them.I'm in 2 minds to report to trading standards, selling me a dangerous part that could have burnt my house down !!!!

I sent my boiler PCB off for repairs. There was good communication regarding when the part was received and delivered. Sent back to me the same day it was repaired and was delivered the next day. Cheaper than replacing the part.

Ordered on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend so thought it’d be a few days. Part arrived next day! Second hand board but fitted and its working perfectly. Saved a fortune on a brand new board. Very pleased.

I ordered a boiler pump, yesterday to replace one which had a live to earth dead short. I didn’t get to the job until well past the 3pm postal deadline. I put my order through at 15:45. I then used the WhatsApp contact service to see if the part could possibly be put in the post at that time. I had paid for next day delivery, but after missing a WhatsApp reply, asking for my order number, I thought I had missed the boat, as I didn’t reply until almost 5pm. Two minutes later, I received another message saying that my package had already been shipped. It arrived this morning, fitted and working like a dream. Great service, great price on a reconditioned part, with a 12 month Warranty, and absolutely fantastic communication. I would clearly recommend this company to anyone needing their boiler parts.
