Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a skin cleanser on 3/7 and didn't realize I had not received it until 3/28, even though FedEx said the item had been shipped. I sent an email to sales inquiries on Saturday 3/28 and received a reply within a few hours with an apology for the delay and I received a replacement shipment two days later. It's customer service like this that keeps me coming back to Healthy Kin

Ordered five days ago and all it says is "processing." Cannot reach them by phone to see if it really is in stock or they are lying. I could have driven to Phoenix and got it faster than this.

Our website states if an item is in stock or not. If a product is marked 'In Stock' and you have not received it within 5 days, something is wrong. We have warehouse locations throughout the United States, not just in Arizona. Please reach out to Customer Service by going to our website and clicking 'Contact Us'.
Wrong Items Sent: First Impressions Last
I ordered two items, as a first order with this company. While I have on record (in a screenshot) that I ordered gray, yet they sent both items in the wrong color. First impressions last, and this will be my only business with them— unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

Personal care items at a reasonable price with quick delivery!
My husband is in a nursing home and has been using Remedy moisturizing cream for excessively dry skin. It has been difficult for me to find this cream at my usual shopping places. I really appreciate being able to obtain it through Healthy Kin and the response time to receive it was just a few days! Thank you so much!

No notice of split shipment created frustrations.
I've had several occasions to order from HealthyKin. Always came as ordered. This time because I added an item, it came in two packages. The first arrived with no notice of a second so spent time inquiring. It arrived at my door 3 days later.

However, on rare occasions we might ship an item from an alternate warehouse based on availability. This information is all available on our Order Status page. I had operation and have had to catheter mtself. Catheters sent from the VA(I am vetern) I didn't like. Went online and ordereda month supply. lAm going to reordersoon.

Product prices were competitive, even compared to Amazon. However, Amazon has free delivery on orders over $35 and Healthy Kin does not. So, not as competitive when there is a shipping and handling fee. Delivery was quick and efficient.
