The handout and the practical is good

Very relaxed interactive session

I found the training very informative and relevant to my role. The session was well-structured, and the facilitator explained the topics clearly, using practical examples that made the content easy to understand and apply in a healthcare setting.

One of the key things I gained from this training was a better understanding of [safeguarding procedures / infection prevention and control / managing challenging behaviour, CPR for Adults etc...]. It has increased my confidence in recognising concerns early and responding appropriately in line with policy and best practice.

The interactive elements of the session, including discussions and scenario-based learning, were particularly helpful as they encouraged reflection on real-life situations. This will positively impact my practice by helping me provide safer, more person-centred care.

Overall, the training met its objectives and enhanced my knowledge and skills. I would recommend this training to colleagues as it is highly relevant to patient safety and quality care.

I was trying to complete online training. It took so long to complete because the bookmark feature did not work for me. Even just a short break meant that I was logged out frequently and then had to repeat sections that I had already completed. Very frustrating as it happened more than once.

Very informative and engaging experience with practicals I really enjoyed it. Will recommend this definitely!

The presentation of the course was very good, a lot of interaction with us which makes learning much better.

It was a remarkably experience. It helped in adding more knowledge to me.

I had best experience ever in the training session, all the practice equipment was very helpful and good and trainer was friendly and explained everything questions in details with no excuse.

To start with, location of venue is excellent, welcoming, easy to find plus plenty of parking spaces if you are early, otherwise there is other spaces that are within the vacinity bit further away.

Mr Steven Bruce was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, up-to-date, fun, current and good to engage with.

We had introductions to start with reasonable breaks, and before we know it, the training came to an end. It was such an enjoyable day we felt like it was a family day with members of the family that we have never seen before, with different backgrounds but it all look like we know each other before.
