The install was simple and the lights look great on our 2014 Suburban. However after about 2 weeks I know have a DRL inoperable. I tried registering for the warranty but it wouldn’t take me to the correct site to do it. For what they cost I shouldn’t be having problems for years

The head light assembly kit for my '11 Tundra looks great. They are much needed upgrade from the factory ones that have a severe issue of hazing every 3-4 years. Very easy to install. One minor issue with left turn signal blinking faster than other, however it's a common issue when upgrading to LED's in older vehicles. The customer service contacted Alpharex and sent out some resistors to compensate for the older chips that think a bulb is burnt out.

Purchased lights from them a couple years ago and had one burn out. They replaced it under warranty no questions asked. Hard to find companies like this in today's world unfortunately. Will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Great product and service to back it up, very easy to deal with customer service A+ in my dealings with them.

I ordered LED bulbs and made an error choosing the wrong bulbs. Mazda6 has. (4) H1 bulbs not (2) H11 and (2) H1. Headlight Revolution authorized my return no problem.
I'll always do business with them because of this.

Had a issue with fog light...no worries lifetime warranty and Headlight Revolution was top notch on sending my replacement light to me

I had a very disappointing experience with Headlight Revolution and will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a product that was listed as compatible with a 2026 Jeep Wrangler. After receiving it, I found out it was not compatible with my specific trim (392), which comes with OEM LED headlights. This critical detail was not made clear on their website, and the filtering system allowed me to purchase a product that simply does not work for my vehicle.

When I reached out to customer service, instead of taking accountability for the confusion their system created, they refused to waive the 10% restocking fee and would not provide a return label. They cited their return policy rather than addressing the root issue misleading compatibility information.

For a company that claims to “do lighting better because we test,” I expected far better accuracy and customer service. If your website allows customers to purchase incompatible products, that is a failure on your end not the customer’s.

Overall, poor user experience, lack of accountability, and disappointing resolution. I would strongly recommend double-checking compatibility elsewhere before ordering from this company.

Slow delivery process but fast email responses.

The headlight bulbs I ordered were Great! I have a pair in my Toyota tundra and I get compliments all the time. I got some for my Honda accord to help me see better at 4am driving to work on I-85 every morning and they are great!!! The only problem I had was I paid for 2-5 day shipping and it took 6 days, that’s USPS they suck and I would like a refund on my shipping cost that I paid for and didn’t receive.

I have my morimoto headlights for a couple year already I use the warranty once and no issues at all just recently I have an accident and broke my driver side headlight call them my warranty was expired but still they help me with some discount to make to purchase more affordable that just make me happy and I will keep looking with them for future pod lights!

I ordered alpha Rex taillights from HR. After the original order, it then said that the ones I ordered would not fit my vehicle. So, I emailed them about this information. I then reordered the ones it said were the correct ones. After that order, it again said they were the incorrect ones. So I called them and was told that the original order had been canceled. Well, two days later I received the first order. Ok, that’s fine. Then I discovered that the other order was being shipped out also. And I was charged for this order too. Ok, when they get here I’ll just return them. I received the required return information and sent them back. I did have to pay for the return shipping which I expected. Long story short, I was refunded the funds for that second order. But, they did not charge me for restocking fee and the shipping cost was also refunded.
So far so good, the lights work fantastic and look great. I’m hoping for decent longevity, time will tell.
I am very satisfied with the product and the service that I received.

This is the 2nd vehical that I have owned that I have used Headlight Revolutions lighting. Great customer service! Quick delivery on lighting purchased i had my order in 2 days. The lights are much brighter then the OEM lighting. I would recommend their lights to anyone.

Scam scam scam , headlight revolution is owned by the same company of the LED’s. These clowns are pushing !
They are grossly overpriced and garbage anything headlight revolution recommends I would stay away from .
Try auxbeam F15 or F-22‘s

Worst customer service ever. I ordered headlights for my 2014 Tundra, I received headlights for a 2016 Tacoma.
Been trying to return for months. HR will not respond to emails or phone calls. I'm out $1072.05.

Take back unused product without a 10% restocking fee. I do understand the return shipping to be paid by the consumer. I will not be spending anymore money with this lighting company.

Headlight upgrade is great…until something fails and you are left with a vehicle you can’t drive after dark. Warranty worthless. They act like providing a replacement part will bankrupt the company and they do everything possible from doing that. Onus is on you the customer to jump through hoops to prove to them you have an issue. For any failure issues they require you to self diagnose…in my case pulling the whole airbox to get to everything. If not mechanically inclined you will have to pay someone to do this. Then they send one part which took 9 days so had to reassemble everything while I waited. Disassembled…again…new harness (the $35 part) in. Still no lights. Reassemble again so I can drive it. Now they need me to do voltage checks on THEIR components before they will send me ONE more component to try. And the first three reps and multiple emails said nothing about doing voltage checks…took the fourth rep and 12 days of back and forth for that tidbit. So…the “lifetime” warranty is a farse unless you have the time to waste being a mechanic or paying someone AND not have a functional vehicle for weeks.

Warranty is not worth the paper its written on!! Lost a low beam bulb , no big deal. Emailed them to order 2. 2 days later I get a response its in warranty, great. 3 days go buy no bulb.Emailed again , I was told that I need to send a video of field destruction of bulb. Wow!!! there staff just doesn't realize it takes an hour plus to tear the front end of a 2015 Silverado apart to service the bulbs! I Really wish that I never went down this road. With no easy and quick access to there repair parts ,makes purchasing from an on line only retailer, not good. Lesson learned is to leave it stock so parts can be obtained easily and quickly.

Buyer Beware, the V4 LED bulb line is total china junk, only has 2 year warranty and fails in 1.5 years. Great you get a replacement bulb but then the warranty starts from the original purchase date. And your screwed at 3 years the second bulb fails.
When you contact Customer support they rarely read your email and play nothing but games. Make promises that are untrue and go back on their words.
Don't post reviews made on the web page.
I would have gone HID if anything they said on the web page was true.
