Hart Culture Credit Union owes me £50,000!!!!
Hart Culture Credit Union owes me approximately £50,000.
I began saving in 2018 with Hart Culture Credit Union. I was sent regular statements showing interest of 16% and 32%. When the time came to request monies, the excuses came thick and fast. I tried to get money in 2024, I was given 2 small amounts.
The last communication was a WhatsApp message to myself on 10th March 2025 saying:
I want to say thank you for your patience as we sort out the legal side. We are almost finished with the legal issues and we were not permitted to discuss it as the legal issues were going on at the time. As this could result in false rumours being spread around or Fake News published by those who have misunderstood it.
It means that some of our HCCU Holding Accounts were on hold by the Courts and we could not access them until the Courts give us access to them. It is a technical issue, but we are doing our best to resolve it asap as you know already anyway.
As we are sorting this out (because our hands are tied at the moment as it is dealt with via the Courts) it has no doubt affected a lot of aspects of our work, however this is only a temporary issue as we wait for more information about it.
We are doing our best to sort it and it will be sorted soon, but I want to urge you or anyone to not be tempted to engage with any body trying to 'Force' us to pay them by going online and posting derogatory things because this will not only make matters worse but it also means that we may not be able to access any of the money on hold if people bring false accusations saying that they've been defrauded (particularly when their money is simply on hold) or scammed somehow.
The bank will freeze any accounts we've got if there is any such false claim to Fraud regardless if it is true or false. It will not help either persons and that is for sure.
We've been made aware of an ex-employee called Emmanuel Faradoye, whose been publishing Fake Investigations online in a bid to get money out of HCCU faster. (Although we are waiting for the courts to sort things out with HCCU first), and therefore we will be taking this up through our solicitors and suing him for libel and 'defamation of character' after the court issues is resolved and money is released. Any of Emmanuel Faradoye's money with HCCU may then go towards legal expenses incurred by Emmanuel Faradoye. This is why I don't recommend encouraging this type of illegal behaviour as HCCU will sue for any damages because it is in breach of the Terms of the use of the Service.
I can give you a call about any of this if there is any confusion at any time that you are ready.
These are serious allegations and we take it quite seriously. We will be suing anyone who helps to spread this Fake News and it may result in us recuperating any money spent for Legal Fees from any balances that the person holds with us. We can confirm that all money with us is Safe and there will be no issue with C/W Requests once the legal issues are all sorted. No money is lost or stolen and that is the facts. I urge you not to engage in the Defamation Campaign as anyone involved will undoubtedly be sued for damages and charged Legal Fees where necessary also.
Once again, thank you for your patience as we await the Courts to Resolve regarding HCCU and aspects of its holdings as soon as they indicate to us more information.
I think Customer Care will be letting people know via e-mail as we're coming out of the partial Service period 16th February 2025 about the updates regarding the Legal issues also.
Thank you once again for your patience.
Please feel free to let me know if there's any further questions that you would like to ask.
I have not heard anything from Adunni for months, neither do I know anything about any court case.
The time has come to give us our hard earned money back!!!!
