Fantastic ingredients
Fantastic ingredients, customer service and quick delivery! Very impressed with my first order! My only complaint is the £50 minimum order and £8 delivery charge for orders under £150. This is hard for the small business like my own.

Terrible
Terrible, I paid for the product many days ago, I was home because I work with chocolate, the delivery was scheduled to come and didn't, I'm super upset, still waiting for my purchases.

Reliable quality and excellent service for professional chocolate use
I purchased Callebaut White Chocolate for professional use, and I’m very satisfied with both the product quality and the overall service.
The chocolate arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The quality is consistently excellent — smooth texture, balanced sweetness, and very stable performance when melting and tempering. It works perfectly for baking, desserts, and confectionery applications, which is why Callebaut remains a trusted brand among professionals.
The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear, and delivery was prompt. It’s reassuring to work with a supplier that provides reliable products and service, especially when quality consistency is important.
Overall, a very positive experience. I would confidently recommend this supplier to anyone looking for high-quality chocolate ingredients.
