The staff are all so helpful and patient with our requests, they come back quickly and reliably to all questions posed by us, they check us in on flights, get the best deals, and as senior citizens, we are delighted and relieved to be able to hand over the complete booking experience to them. Not having been abroad for quite a while, we went into Hays Travel Winchester looking for advice and ended up booking our most substantial trip in a long time. Mel was extremely friendly and helpful, doing a lot of research for us beyond opening hours so that we could make an informed decision overnight, and confirm what we wanted to do the following morning.

Fantastic service!
