Very happy staff and atmosphere, happy to go thru every aspect of the holiday and tweaking it to suit myself perfectly and reassuring myself with any concerns or worries I have as a single traveller, this is the 4th overseas holiday this year all thru Hays, I wouldn't use anyone else
