Friendly, knowledgeable staff made our holiday booking experience effortless and without any unnecessary drama. This was out first time booking a holiday together, so it meant a lot to us both.

Been going on holiday via Hays for years and always found if there is any problem/trouble happens before or during holidays they only too willing to listen & help especially things like cancelled flights or baggage going astray

Once again the staff at Hays were so helpful & friendly - nothing is ever too much trouble. These days it's so easy to just book holidays online, but doing it through Hays Travel makes the experience feel more complete - and you know that should you need help with anything, they always have your back !

Laura, at Hays travel Westhoughton branch, was amazing in helping me find the right route / deal with my flights to Australia flying into Perth and flying back from Sydney with the dates that fitted my trip, lovely, lovely person.

From when we walked into Hays Travel, someone acknowledged us straight away, very welcoming, with a smile, we got straight to booking our cruise, which was perfect in every way, they recomended us with a couple of different cruises, and helped us to choose the one for us, which we are very happy with, and looking forward to going, They explained everything in detail, we will recommend Hays Tavel, to friends and family, excellent, thank you.

Leonie at Hays Westhoughton is super helpful and so knowledgeable about different aspects of travel, providing options to choose from, depending on your needs and budget. Lemonade the process of booking my other half’s 60th Birthday next year really easy. Just can’t wait to go now.

They feel like a family but very efficient and professional.
I have moved out the area I tried a different Hays the service was no were near as the Westhoughton Branch they always go the extra mile which I am grateful for.
The other branch were fine but certainly a couple of divisions below the Westhoughton Branch.
They produce an excellent service every time in point. Now I have to travel 50 miles every time to book a holiday but is worth every mile.

Lynne was great helping me book my holiday which wasn't easy for her as it was quite short notice, only 6 weeks to travel, and I have very specific requirements but she was brilliant. Also the staff in the currency section were great, dealt with my needs and also when I told them I had issues with the app on my new phone, they helped with that too.
