I was greeted with a smile from Gemma, I explained that I was looking for a short break to celebrate my 60th birthday. I had no idea what I wanted and hoped that she had plenty of patience to help. Really helpful staff. I wanted to book a particular hotel, but couldn't find a package with suitable flights etc. The staff a the West Bridgford branch managed to find flights, transfers and the hotel, at a price I was happy with.
