The sales agent Joan was amazing. She was kind to apply discount which was great. She spend almost two hours to found me the best price and best location for me.

As this was my first solo holiday abroad, I found Joan very helpful and informative in finding a holiday that suited my needs. The whole experience was excellent and am looking forward to my holiday.

This was not the case and Skye helped to ascertain what was available and what my needs were. She made me feel very comfortable and I was pleased that everything has been been successfully completed.

The professionalism & the friendlism of the staff we dealt with,Joan at the Gyle & Sarah(Galashiels) Leigh(Elgin) who met us after check in at Glasgow & on the ship. They are a credit to your company & nothing was to much trouble.

Joan was superb, as always. She made everything so straightforward for us and even suggested Cape Verde, a destination we hadn’t thought of before. We booked our holiday that very day, and when we later asked to make changes, Joan was incredibly helpful once again. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she is a real credit to Hays Travel.
