Good Morning Mrs Bateman, we are disappointed that you feel that you experience was less than satisfactory, from your file I can see that our Foreign Exchange consultant attempted to call you on the 12th and 14th January to discuss your currency as our supplier did not have any Egyptian Pounds in stock and unfortunately there was no answer, you then visited the store on the afternoon of the 14th January and our Foreign Exchange Consultant advised of alternative options for Egypt such as US Dollars and you then chose to make a purchase. We then received a call from yourself on 24th January looking for advice on when you arrived at the hotel and a consultant attempted to call you back later that evening however we were unable to get hold of you.

Calvin from Telford branch excellent at his job. Nothing is too much trouble and he found the perfect holiday for us going to Budapest. He is going there in a few weeks time and he has told us to pop back in and he will tell us what it’s all about as we have never been there before. A very pleasant and young man.

Paperwork wasn't done correctly
Paperwork wasn't done correctly. Surname was missed of paperwork. Had to go back in fortunately I spotted it got it sorted out . Normally when I book with hays they go through the paperwork with you when it's completed that didn't happen.

Following a careful review, and upon investogating the booking in full, we can see that Charley carefully read through all spellings of names with yourselves, and that your were asked to check that you were happy with this, to which you agreed. Charley then printed all paperwork and and read through this with yourselves again, and again you advised that all names were correct. We then assisted you the next day when you advised that you had given your sisters middle name and not her surname.
We value your feedback, as it allows us to improve our processes and service standards. Should you require any further clarification or wish to discuss this matter in more detail, we would welcome the opportunity to assist you directly.

Natasha was brilliant
Natasha made the booking process so simple. Having wasted many days on line trying to make sense of everything it was all sorted in an hour and a half. We cannot fault the service or the knowledge from Natasha. She answered all our questions and listened to what we wanted. Ten out of ten thank you

We arrived in the shop early
We arrived in the shop early, so didn't have to wait. Natasha our sales consultant found a hotel in Marrakech and flights which seems ideal at a good price.
She explained what was included and was able to answer our questions.
