I have taken to booking flights through Hay's travel in the Bridges, Sunderland, in recent years. They are extremely efficient, reliable and helpful, and always friendly and happy to answer questions.

Highly recommended!
We booked our holiday at Hays Travel in The Bridges, Sunderland, and the service was absolutely fantastic. The lady who assisted us was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. She went above and beyond to tailor the holiday and the price perfectly to our needs and standards.
What we loved most was the convenience – while she was sorting out all the paperwork and arrangements, she suggested we could go shopping and promised to call us when everything was ready. She phoned us as soon as it was done, so we didn't waste any time waiting around.

Spoke to Beth Morrison very helpful as always. We always book through Hays for our Holidays. Beth knew exactly what we were looking for so no problems @ all.

Beth Morrison, we have book holidays with Beth previously and just booked again for 2026 summer holoday, she is so happy, friendly and most of all, very helpful, we are not the easiest family to make decisions in holiday choices but Beth helped us tremendously by giving comparissons and knowledge of different options which made the whole process easy, She is a true asset to Hays Travel.

The assistant struggled to get flights for the special offer we were after, however she never gave up until she got them. It really challenged her but she was up for the challenge. Well done and thanks.
