Hays Travel - Sunderland The Bridges Bewertungen

Due to the conflict in the Middle East my guided tour to Vietnam for my 50th birthday was affected as I was due fly into Dubai. Hays travel worked tirelessly with the tour operator to find some solutions. This holiday is now transferred to 2027. The team kept me updated throughout the week.
I was then able to book a last minute holiday to Portugal with Hays doing all the booking so I can still celebrate my birthday.
I would like to thank the Hays Bridges Travel Team, particularly Vicky and Joanne for their support, reassurance
and patience.
Always book your holiday with a travel agent for that extra support, guidance and expertise.

Lorraine was totally professional from start to finish. She was able to answer all my questions and advise me on areas I was not sure on. She explained everything I needed to know relating to the holiday I booked and even followed up with a curtisy call.

Went in store to ask about a cruise wot was in the window the girl that we dealt with was very polite and very helpful went thro the whole thing with us

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgable advisor sorted everything out for my trip down to the last detail

Very helpful! We went in with no idea what we wanted and came out with a trip of a lifetime! Extra thanks to Joanne for putting up with our indecisiveness, would highly recommend going to see her.

Very professional

Went in and asked for Beth as always book my holidays with her and she never disappoints. Found a really good deal going back to Malia in the summer. Would recommend Beth to friends and family - thank you

Great customer service

We had additional requirements to the information from Jet 2 Holidays.
Lorraine from your Sunderland Branch was extremely helpful in arranging our holiday.

Very friendly and helpful

Vicky was very helpful in that she wanted the best for us so that we will have a memorable holiday, she search all the best options with the criteria she was given and managed to get us exactly what we wanted

Ava the young girl that book our holidays was so lovely and very knowledgeable.

Yesterday we booked our DREAM
CRUISE with Joanne.L what an asset shes is to Hays Travel! Joanne spent almost 8 days researching our cruise, to find the perfect flights, 5 star hotel in Hong Kong for a 2 night stay.
Then on to our cruise with some of the most amazing locations on route.
Joanne went above and beyond to source out a trip to Cambodia after the cruise so we could visit Angkor Wat with a personal guide and a lovely 5 star hotel.
It's lovely when people go the extra mile and get you the perfect holiday!
Thankyou
Mollie. J

Joanne L made this experience with Hays great she was very passionate about finding us the holiday of our dreams and worked really tirelessly on the details we asked for. She achieved that down to every detail, we would like say a huge thank you to her and we recommend asking for her in store or over phone. Once again thank-you Joanne x

Staff are approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to help. We had found a cheaper price for our holidays and Hays honoured the prices we had. We are always kept fully informed in relation to the run up to our holidays.

Eden, who helped book my holiday was absolutely lovely, she went through everything step by step and went above and beyond, it's the first time I've booked a holiday in a long time so I had lots of questions she was so patient and understanding and didn't make me feel silly for some of the more mundane questions I asked, over all went above and beyond also offered her email for if I had any problems or anymore questions which I thought was really nice and helpful of her

Always very welcoming and helpful as regular customers they know what we like and always achieve our expectations x wouldn't go anywhere else 😉

Great, never rushed even when we didn’t really know where we wanted to be

Spoke to a young lady, she was absolutely amazing, sorted a holiday out straight away, highly recommend.
Thank you very much Faith.
