Excellent customer service very friendly staff

Very professional,new exactly what we wanted

The lady at hays travel did not do enough research when finding a holiday,were both in late 70s ,we asked for a flat area,with walk in shower ,she just looked at the pictures yes they have walk in showers it looks flat ,is it quiet yes old town .the answers to these NO walk in shower bath ,the bus dropped us off one hundred yards from hotel having to push the suitcase up a hill very noisy lively we weren’t told where we had to go ,the hotel staff sorted the room out for us then we had to push the suitcase 300 yards for pickup on return journey no I will not be using hays travel again we enquired at other travel agents before you and they went into more detail than you our first holiday since 2007 very disappointed

Everyone was busy so we had a bit of a wait, but when we got to the desk Stacey apologised for our wait. She was very helpful and talked us through the booking clearly, offering us better flight times

The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. My questions were answered calmly and clearly.
I was booking an expensive cruise so it was good to deal with staff who knew what they were doing.

Everything was great from the moment we entered the shop at Affinity Talke. At first we were dealt with by Nicola who made the initial investigations into the Royal Caribbean cruise we were interested in. Then as she was ending her shift Cordelia took over. She was a model of pleasantness and efficiency, sorting out everything including our cabin on board Freedom of the Seas and the costs involved. She printed off all of the documents. We left feeling delighted and told two of our friends who have already said they will deal with Hays Travel because of our experience.

We dealt with Michelle,she took on board was we needed and came up with several holidays.She was very helpful and made booking a holiday easy. We will definitely be booking our next holiday with her.
Occasionally we phoned the office with a query. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful too.

Grace was really helpful and attentive with taking us through our options. We didn’t expect to book our honeymoon on our first trip in but she helped us find an offer we couldn’t turn down! Would 1000% recommend.
