We Went into Hays looking to book 2 holidays , and that’s what we did, Amie the young lady who looked after us, was pretty new on the job , but found use 2 great holidays, one cruise and one package holiday , she was very patient and listened to all are wants and needs and managed to find 2 holidays we were happy with and also received some discounts which is always a bonus. Asian cruise, spur of the moment decision
Having only popped in to pay money off a cruise we happened to see another cruise promoted by Hays in their store.
We asked Abbie to price it up for us. She emailed this to us, and we quickly went back in and Abbie booked it all for us. Very pleased with all aspects of the booking procedure and with the way we were treated by Abbie and the rest of the staff.
We still prefer the personal touch you get by booking instore rather than by doing it online.
