As always Ann Marie know what I need being disabled she makes sure that I book the right hotel and area I will not go anywhere else now I've tried on line booking but didn't get it right as was no good for disabled.

We booked our Mediterranean cruise through Hays Travel in Skelmersdale and dealt with Ann Marie, the manager. From start to finish the whole experience was really smooth and straightforward.

Really helpful, we weren’t sure where we wanted to go for a short break in the sun and the Skelmersdale branch was extremely helpful showing us various locations for the timeframe we wanted and found some interesting places. We decided on a location we hadn’t been before and the hotel looked very good with excellent reviews.

Myself and My husband have booked an 11 night norweign cruise and we have had no issues at all. The woman Millie who has dealt with us from the start is very ,very professional. it will be my husbands' 60th and we will be also celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary although it will be 27 years but we have had too many obstacles in life's way so were going now and nothing is going to stop us now. Hay's travel have been absolutely fabulous,they also have pay up holidays to help families who cannot afford the money all in one go. just like us, we have paid the cruise monthly.
