Very helpful, listened to what I was looking for and booked my holiday

We were unsure on which holiday option's to select and with the support and guidance from Charlene she went above and beyond to find the perfect trip. A employee you should be very proud to have.

Staff very friendly

I had researched the destination and hotel prior to going in. All I had to do was book, give my passport details and pay. I like it when I am not bombarded with questions or a sales pitch.

Complete rip off. Got good price on Jet 2 website, then we went to shop to see if they could beat the price they told us that deal was no longer available. On checking once back home and over the next few days.....guess what it wad clearly still available.
On complaining they couldn't give a toss.....too bad was the attitude and as a goodwill gesture they offered £100 back but nothing near what we had paid over and above the actual Jet 2 price.
Clear message go online and do it yourself.....at least then you get the best deal/price.

David was great at finding us a holiday as we were uncertain what we wanted. Patient and professional, he took his time searching out different holidays giving us plenty of choice.

The girls in Silverburn were amazing and found us the holiday we wanted at a great price . Unfortunately the same couldn’t be said for the manager . He was arrogant , spoke over me and when he promised to call me back never and said he told the girl to call . Shame and we won’t go back

The service we received from Barry (manager) at Hay’s Travel in Silverburn was first class. He couldn’t have been more helpful.
We are delighted with all aspects of the holiday Barry arranged for us with a P&O Caribbean cruise in February 2025.

Booked my second holiday this year with Laura at Silverburn yesterday. I like the friendly down to earth atmosphere in the shop, the staff are all lovely. Laura spent time chatting with me, very natural. I never feel under pressure to book. I like the fact that when I left the shop I had my holiday pouch with all my documents including my boarding pass. I got a preferential euro rate. I would not go to any other travel agent

The staff made my experience a good one . Even though there was only few staff on duty they were patient and very helpful. Made you feel you were a priority and took time to listen to my needs and helped me search for options. Not pushy at all and am not from area so had to call back to confirm booking and again made sure I had time to make booking which was a clear and simple process.thankyou and would use again

Charlene was really knowledgeable and helpful. My Cruise enquiry was turned into a booking on the same day and she kept me updated throughout. I would definitely recommend Charlene to any family or friends looking to book a holiday.
