I was impressed with the helpfulness of the member of staff I met and their “can do” approach. I was very quickly provided with suitable holiday options.

Once handed over to the cruise specialist, was able to match my advertised quote and allow me to choose a better cabin position there and then. Prefer to actually deal with people face to face and get genuine advice.
