Efficient and friendly
As usual the colleague was efficient and listened to our requests. They gave good advice and took other details in order to complete other aspects of the booking that could not be completed at the time.
A small error on payment due date was corrected very quickly and confirmation paperwork arrived quickly.
As usual we cannot fault your staff and would recommend Hays to anyone looking for a travel agent

Absolutely incredible service by Nicole!! She was very kinda and caring throughout a difficult holiday cancellation and created what could of been a bad situation into a dream come true.

We have so far booked 4 holidays with Nicole at Hayes Travel in Scunthorpe,& we can’t thank her enough for what she’s done ! Because I’m disabled & have numerous health issues she has gone above & beyond to make sure everything is suitable me . We can honestly say we wouldn’t hesitate in sending friends & family in Nicole’s direction if they were thinking of going on holiday ☺️
