Chelsea was absolutely charming, welcoming us as soon as we set foot in the door. Chelsea's knowledge and enthusiasm was most pleasing and we were delighted to book our holiday with Hays Travel. Went in to look at holidays to Malta and found the whole experience simple and easy and throughout everything was explained clearly and concisely. Right through booking and transfers and insurance. So efficient and looking through different sites for better pricing for us. I know a lot of people would have booked this online easily but having the luxury of having it all printed out and explained so simply is worth it. We will need to go back to show passports and check in (another thing we do not have to worry about) if your thinking of holidays definitely worth going in to Hays Travel

The staff were very friendly and so helpful with all my questions.

We have used Hayes before and have never been disappointed. This time we saw Alisa. We were hoping to book a weekend away for us and our son and his girlfriend. Poor Alisa saw us three days on the trot. We had to run everything past our son’s girlfriend who was at work. Finally on our third visit we hit on a weekend we could all do. Alisa was brilliant. Really patient. And have ua so much info about Naples. The staff at Hayes Rustington are always so friendly and helpful.
