I can say we have been here every year but twice this year to book our holidays.

We visited Hays travel in Rugby as we were struggling to find a holiday that suited us (2 adults and a 19 and 16 year old who all had different requirements).
We like to have a personal approach and Cameron was brilliant. He got our ‘brief’ right away and came up with suggestions we hadn’t even thought about.
He sent us through quotes and was exceedingly helpful.
When we made a decision he even checked reviews for us.
I had done my research and read reviews before making a decision but he did the same without us asking, to ensure we were happy with our choice.
We cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them on the future.

What can I say ?! Michelle at Hays Rugby Branch has been absolutely superb from start to finish. So professional and empathetic about our situation travelling to Santorini. She was an absolute superstar. Would have no hesitation recommending Hays Travel.

We always get Jodie to help us sort our holiday although the other staff are really lovely and very helpful. As usual she was brilliant, never use online as it is very in personal, always gone into the Hays shop. If the shop goes then we have no holiday.
