Our complicated requirements freadily accepted by staff
Our complicated requirements for a booking in 2027 were readily accepted by staff. Charlotte kept a close eye on availability of the hotel until future bookings were possible and secured what we required + flights.
Very impressed by dedication of staff to get this right for us. Thank you

We booked with Hays Travel as we did not want to do everything online and it feels reassuring that we can see them in person if we have a query about something. Excellent service
We book regularly with Hayes travel because we always receive excellent service. Emma is knowledgeable and searches to get us the best deal. She is always cheerful, helpful and polite, these things are important to us when booking our holidays.
