Always find Hays Travel friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about holiday bookings. We had a couple of problems with our holiday booking which we were unaware about. These were dealt with in a professional manner and we felt that this meant as much to them as it did to us.

The staff treat us as a member of the family, and go to great lengths to meet our requirements and at the best price. Lovely people

Heading to hays traveling on Tuesday to have a look what’s on offewe met Geoff a really friendly young man.that made us relax, nothing was too much trouble hence he found us a perfect Holliday, as we are of a certain age we much prefer to go and speak to somebody that will take all the guess Work out of holidays the stress of downloading tickets et cetera are all taken away as Jeff and his team do everything for you with a smile? What more could you want?

Geoff and team are super friendly. Nothing is to much trouble and they all go way above board to help find the right holiday and best deal.. wouldnt go anywhere else.. their standards are outstanding for friendlyness and helpfulness. Thankyou geoff helen and rest of team.

Lovely, friendly staff. Went in for a taylor made holiday and got exactly what we asked for. The lady we dealt with spent time exploring options for us and was very helpful and patient.

Helen Watson showed skill and enthusiasm in sorting our options and alternatives into a practical resolution.
