Being able to talk to a human being
If I was 90 years old! how would I be able to book my holiday online? Answer, no big company cares about older people! But at least with Hays I can walk into a shop on our high street and be greeted with a smile and treated with dignity. I'm not 90, but one day I will be, and so will the companys that don't care for their elderly.

Holiday booked with Keeley
Booked a holiday yesterday with Keeley. She had a lot of patience and spent time giving us advise and information as we were unsure on our holiday destination.
