Spoke with Paul on the phone about booking my holiday and he made is so quick and easy sorting it without any hassle.

I have booked Disney Paris with Paul & Lisa which was so well organised l, reasonable and the advice and response time to queries was always quick and reliable. I have now booked lapland with them, the cost and package is much better than other providers and they have made a package that will work great cor our family of 5.

Always worry about booking a holiday incase i miss anything. Lisa was fantastic! Explained everything to me got to ask lots of questions which she easily answered. Booking was made very easy :-)

Paul was recommended to me by my sister who had also booked a holiday. I had found the holiday online but wanted to take advantage of the £0 deposit and direct debit offer with it being just after Christmas. I messaged Paul and asked if they was able to price match and if I was able take advantage of the offer, which he confirmed near enough straight away. He arranged to call me to complete the booking and set up the direct debit within 15mins. Paul was nothing but helpful and polite during the phone call and the holiday was booked and set up within 10 minutes. I felt at ease talking to Paul, and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and efficient, would highly recommend.

Phenomenal. I saw something on Facebook and really considered whether it was a good idea or not booking a holiday that way. Did a little research and saw nothing but good things for Paul and Lisa Cooper so decided to go for it. I messaged via WhatsApp as I was working. Did not take long for a response, and then polite and courteous all the way through. I had a small window for calling between work ending and my children needing to be picked up from school and Lisa was very kind and made sure to contact me within that period. Very informative and wonderful throughout the call and sorting the direct debit. Explained everything, complimented my children’s names and even managed to get me a free child’s place on top of the great deal I had seen online. I could not be more pleased or happy with the experience I had. Great people. Excellent service. Awesome price. There isn’t enough ‘good words’ to describe how happy I am!

Booked a cruise with Paul few years back and recently booked with Lisa she’s got loads and loads of knowledge as she as been to most places herself so she will be able to advise you on everything there is possibly to worry about and she is super nice and friendly and easy to talk to highly recommended by myself and my girlfriend booked holiday number 2 with Lisa

Only thing, is a family member went into hays and aone to someone and the same holiday, which i booked was a lot cheaper for them by 145 in price, which i couldn't understand how.
