What an experience we have had with Northwich hays travel ,we had our cruise cancelled by P0 but we're told we would recieve a full refund within 7 days I am still waiting for a refund 5 weeks later .I had a person named libby from this branch who actually put the phone down on myself ,the whole team do not know how to liase with customers still ongoing and nobody knows what there colleagues are doing will not ever go with hays travel again very disappointed 😕

The lady called libby was an amazing! Very friendly and we felt very at ease with her , sorted us out with exactly what we asked sort , she is an asset to you 👍
