We have used Hays Travel , North Shields for a few years now, but always try and deal with Dawn, who goes above and beyond when it comes to booking our holidays. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

Always greeted with a smile. The girls are super helpful, explain everything, help with travel insurance and foreign currency. Always a pleasure booking our holidays 😃

The lady who dealt with me was great. She asked questions about what I wanted from a holiday and made notes before she even opened her computer. Listened to what I said and took her time. She was knowledgeable about the destinations I was interested in and was careful to keep my budget in mind. Thoroughly professional

Called in to check out options for a trip planned for next year. Within 45 minutes we had booked as we had been given excellent advice and numerous ideas as to what would suit our needs. We popped in with a friend who was able to book their own flights and hotel to join us even though they are flying from a different airport. Even better, after looking in to it for us, they were able to time everyone's flights to allow us to meet at the destination airport and travel to the hotel together. We won't hesitate to use them for our next trip.
