The sales rep was brilliant, I think her name was Fiona???. She listened to our wish list and offered several choices. She added personal touches such as I, "I would take my family here". Was in twice over the weekend of my booking , and only concern was when i asked about a certain destination, which was budapest the girl didnt even look it up or say we dont cover it which i found a strange as it seemed she was trying to push certain destinations . Which i didnt mind as they were also on my list as a choice .
Other than that when booking on the sunday the girl was very helpful and polite and very good to deal with .

Very helpful staff and tried many different places and hotels and all different prices that suited our needs and requirements. Were honest about places if they had stayed in what they thought of them and I really liked that felt soo at ease talking to them
