Booked a cruise at Hays Newport and the sales advisor Tracey was very knowledgable (used her own experience), funny and welcoming. She dealt with all of our needs, booking everything that we wanted on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return.

The staff are so help full and always kind. I can't praise them enough. We are older and need assistance in travelling but the staff make it so easy for us they book and advise us. So I can relax and just look forward to getting away.
